1. What format is the program?
Answer: The program is divided into sections or topics. Each topic is composed of video lessons.
2. Can I jump around topics or am I limited to go in a particular order?
Answer: The lessons are free-form self-paced learning. You are able to jump around topics as you wish. If you need to access advanced negotiations because you have one going on, you can use that as an immediate refresher. If you need help with understanding contracts, you can jump to that section too. We made the library as on-demand as possible to give you the maximum access and benefit.
3. Do you have different plans?
Answer: We currently have a monthly and annual plan. The monthly plan is $59/month and the annual is $349/year. There is a huge savings with purchasing the annual plan plus you have access whenever you need it. You never know when you may that refresher course and with the annual plan you get the ultimate toolkit at your disposal.
4. What forms of payment do you accept?
Answer: We use paypal as our payment service. Any forms of payment paypal accepts work for purchasing your membership.
5. What is your policy on refunds?
Answer: Given our product is digital and can be consumed by viewing, we have a no refunds policy.
6. Does my membership automatically renew?
Answer: If you have a monthly membership or annual, it will auto-renew monthly or annually.
7. I'm having trouble gaining access to the video libraries, what could be the issue?
Answer: It's important to log in using the email used when purchasing your membership. Sometimes, a visitor may sign up to our newsletter with one email and then sign up to the membership with another email. Be sure to double check the email used when purchasing and you'll be good to go!
8. I am using the right email but cannot access my account, what could be the issue?
Answer: Make sure that you activated your account. Upon purchase, you will be sent an activation email where you will be required to click an activation button. Be sure to check you spam folder. If you haven't gotten it, then feel free to contact us and we will resend your activation email to get you on your way!
9. I have questions for Katrina about real estate, how can I share them with her?
Answer: You can always submit feedback to us via our contact page. We will constantly review your feedback to make additional videos, topics, and sections to the course. As we add more materials, all members will enjoy the additional content.
